This is my favorite bread! You can taste the pears and a hint of cinnamon, not too sweet and super moist! Perfect with a cup of coffee!
Ingredients
Directions
Equipment needed: 9X5 inch loaf pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place parchment paper in the loaf pan so bread will easily be lifted from pan.
In a large bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and half a teaspoon of salt. Cut pears into 1/2-inch pieces. Toss pears with flour mixture until coated well.
In a medium bowl combine 2 eggs and 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and stir until combined.
Stir egg and oil mixture into pear and flour mixture.
Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
Bake about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Rotate at least once during baking so bread bakes evenly.
Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
